Fat Face Take Me To The Weekend (Part 1)

Hey dolls! Happy Bank Holiday Weekend to you all! Today's post is the first part of a great 2 part collaboration with Fat Face to showcase items from their 'Take Me To The Weekend' collection which is all about making every weekend an adventure whether it be going to a festival, a picnic or even a staycation! I was asked to pick two items of clothing from the 'Take Me To The Weekend' collection (which was super hard) and style them around my weekend plans and I thought this would be a great opportunity not only to show off some great items but also to give you guys an insight into what I do at the weekends.

The first item I picked was a pair of dungarees and I picked these with a family get together in mind as my best friend was having a house warming barbecue at her new place and I thought this item would be absolutely perfect for a day of food, drink and great company. I absolutely love the dark denim of these dungarees and I also love the loose fit which is great for comfort but also great to hide food babies after a full afternoon of binge eating on burgers and sausages. I styled these dungarees with a basic stripped tee and threw on some lace up heels just to grow the look up a bit as I find that I look so much like a little girl when I wear dungarees with flats. I also threw on my fedora and sunglasses for some protection from the sun and added my faux suede fringe bag for a bohemian, casual feel.
