Food is the way to my heart and today I thought I'd share with you guys one of my easy breakfast recipes that I have pretty much every weekend; avocado and poached eggs on wholemeal toast.
When you're eating healthy or tying to, you tend to stick to what you know and it can get a little boring but this is one meal I don't get tired of and I can literally eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner. That being said I will be heading to the BBC Good Food Summer Show this coming Saturday with my boyfriend to see what's on offer as well as get inspired with some new food and recipes to add to my diet. I've never been to the show before but I have a blogger friend who goes every year and she says its worth checking out.
