I've had no joy so far this summer as far as attending a summer music festival. I had planned to go to the Goddiva Festival last Saturday but timings clashed with football so sacrifices were made. Nevertheless, I haven't abandoned my hopes of attending a festival and there's a few I'm looking at possibly attending so why not cheer myself up by putting together a festival inspired wishlist.
Playsuits are never a bad idea for a festival because they're fun, playful and extremely comfortable and this one from Glamorous is no exception. Other essentials include comfortable boots needed for all the standing around, walking and possible moshing so I went with these stunning fringed ladies boots from Jones Bootmaker who have a great sale going at the moment. A sturdy and fashionable bag is also needed to carry your essentials and I'd recommend going for a backpack or a cross body bag like the one above from Topshop.
Last but not least you need to get yourself some accessories to make yourself stand out. I kept it simple with a floral crown and tinted sunglasses but I recommend going all out. Stack those rings, layer those necklaces and throw on those bracelets and wristbands. We Love wristbands is a great site where you can get pre-made or personalised wristbands for you and your friends and I recommend personalising a wristband with your very own slogan for a festival. Not only will the wristband be unique but it will also make a great keepsake.
